Maybe that it can be installed with players that have been reported? So if a player is reported, the games he plays will be reviewed?

Well that’s the whole advantage: you can see if people zoom in on roadnames, or are really looking at poles and stuff, prooving they are good

then that can be fine as long it just a game replay and not a whole screen recording extension or smth.

It just shows the replays of the panning and stuff of a player. Search “catching cheaters rainbolt / zi8gzag” on youtube and you’ll find many examples

It’s really fun to watch, it’s so obvious. They just stare at a sign for half a minute and then find the exact town lol.
