I can find sporcle quizzes for a select few countries and their subdivisions such as Canada, Australia and Spain, however I can’t find one big quiz with all subdivisions.
If you know anything I’d be grateful if you let me know.

Probably JetPunk is the main one I can think of, though I don’t know if they would include a quiz with all 4000 first-level subdivision flags of the world.

I could try to make a quiz system in WorldGuessr, would that be interesting? I’m not sure where to get all the data for the flags but I can try to figure smth out

(I’m biased—flags are a bit of a hyper fixation for me TvT)

You definitely should. And even 1v1s of flag knowledge. Either a map or a typing system, and if you get the flag, 1 point, if you don’t, 0, and do like 10 rounds of it. The one with most points wins.
