We’ve all had bad guesses, so this is your place to share them and not be judged, (at least not too harshly).
My personal worst guess has to be either the one time I went Romania on Australia (don’t ask) or the time I went Hawai’i on New Zealand.
I’d like to hear some bad guesses in the comments, and maybe I’ll even rate them on a scale of 1-10.

I panicked and guessed the North Pole when there was a sign next to me that literally had the name of the town on it (Kai can verify this) 
hmm, probably a 6/10, since it was most likely timed by the sound of it. It would be worse if you had infinite time
Back when I didn’t know where the official coverage was,I messed up a guatemala guess by going Democratic Republic of Congo.
Worst part is, that I knew the car meta, I just didn’t look for it.

As a beginner, I would not go Sri Lanka on that and at least Spain and Chile are both Spanish-speaking countries, 5/10
