To train country-guessing , you can go to the default world map or any custom made map.
Similarly, to train region-guessing , you can choose the county map or any custom made map for that country.
However, you only get a country streak in the former, but have no way to track your “region streak” in the latter.
I would like to have some sort of region streak counter when I choose a country map.
Yeah what I mean is just formal first-level administrative subdivisions of a country, i.e. breaking it into multiple parts, so regions, states, provinces, prefectures, whatever the name. The name region-guessing I chose because I’ve seen it being used to represent that meaning.
Googlien “Countries without formal first-level administrative subdivisions” I get the following countries:
Vatican City
Monaco
Singapore
San Marino
Nauru
Tuvalu
Liechtenstein
Malta
I guess if you get these kind of microstates or city-states, then you just have to guess one region - but region guessing in this case does not make much sense point wise as the country will be very small anyways and in a competition you will most likely not get many points deducted if you are on the other end of the country.
Oh yeah thats good, I thought there would be a lot more countries without formal first-level administrative subdivisions but thats lowk my western ignorance.
