I find it weird that you can change your flag to anything. maybe worldguessr just doesn’t have location services or something. for instance im from the US but i changed my flag to bhutan as a joke. idk if there is really any issue with it. just kinda weird ngl.

Hey there, and welcome to the forum! :)
I don’t think there’s that big of an issue with changing flags
It doesn’t pose any harm to the community, so why change it ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄
And like, somebody might be moving or traveling and wants the flag to remain accurate ╮(╯_╰)╭

Or they just like the flag of Bhutan (because who doesn’t?)

True…it is a good flag
(I’m partial to my country’s flag, however TvT)

What if you live in a different country than where you are from, and you want to represent where you came from with a flag?

Exactly!
Like, I think Mangocheese (not trying to call you out or anything bro I promise TvT) is in the US, yet they use the Italian flag
Nothing wrong with having a different flag than where you live ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄

Technically I am Italian since my grandmother is 100% Italian but I live in the U.S.
