Just like in Yt, there could be a text that says “translate” at the bottom of a message in a foreign language, and after it is clicked, you can read the translation instead of having to go to Google each time.

There’s literally been like one topic that used a foreign language 
(which I understood bc im fluent in russian)
Also im pretty sure Chrome has a feature like that

Not only that. Also the international chat. At least I can understand some Italian by the context, but that’s it.
