Add NM/NMPZ modes and Rank system to Ranked matches

Hi! It would be great to have No Moving (NM) and NMPZ available in Ranked matches, not just in singleplayer. Also, adding a ranking system (like competitive ranks) to Ranked mode would be an amazing feature for the web
