You mean to guess Australia in general or to regionguess (find regions within Australia if you know it is Australia)?
Yield signs are also present in new zealand by the way - but with a different font color.
General. I am not skilled enough to regionguess.
Simple Bruv
Sand covering is MIDDLE
Wineries is South Australia or Yarra Valley north east of melbourne
Metro or beside a highway theme park is GOLD COAST
A theme park in front of a bunch of cars and grass is GEELONG under melbourne
Theme park in the middle of nowhere is just outside of MELBOURNE
A big oval stadium is SOMEWHERE METRO
Blinding sun is probably PERTH or DARWIN
Some things to look out for in each capital city,
Melbourne, the only city in Australia still operating trams-only really metropolition though,
Sydney- Look for bright yellow rear licence plates (common across NSW) and very short, wide front/rear plates.
Brisbane, Palm trees and a tropical climate is a giveaway; however, this is the same with the Gold Coast.
Perth, A very Mediterranean enviroment, and also look out for Distinctive sloped, shallow concrete kerbs that slope smoothly from the footpath into the gutter.
Adelaide, The capital city is surrounded by parklands and has a grid road layout.
Canberra, Canberra is an extremely organized, neat city. Symmetrical roundabouts, wide multi-lane avenues, and a planned-city aesthetics are common.
Darwin, Still has an outback feel, so it is very distinguishable among the other capitals. Look for very brown coloured dirt as well as a lot less high rises.
And finally, Hobart, Looks very similar to New Zealand or regional UKโhilly terrain, overcast or moody weather grey tones, older colonial sandstone architecture, and Mount Wellington looming in the background.
Hope this helps, written by an Aussie.

Is there a screenshot of the Perth example?
There you go.
For instance, this is how it looks in other cities:
As you can see, in Perth, they are angled to help with the drainage.
