Competitive games on community maps

This one will not happen, but think of how cool this would be, Playing your own or somebody else’s map in competitive mode. This would be a cool add on, but it is unrealistic, plus how would it work? Would it be a random map anyone has made or could you select a map each and spin a roulette. Tell me down below.
